Lynnanne Likens – President

Lynnanne Likens, owner and President of Visionary Homes Inc. has been involved in the construction industry since 2000.  From 2000 to 2019 she worked alongside then president, Rick Hayes, learning all about the many aspects that go in to building a quality home.

In spring of 2019, Lynnanne took over operations of Visionary Homes Inc. As the first female builder in the Discovery West neighborhood, Lynnanne is revolutionizing the home-building industry in Central Oregon. Lynnanne’s eye for design and attention to detail are evident in each project she coordinates. Her finished product is sure to be cohesive, high-functioning, visually appealing, and unique.

Lynnanne was born and raised in Oregon. After graduating from Oregon State University, she moved to Bend, where she has happily lived for more than 30 years, raising two daughters and watching the community grow, change and flourish. She is an avid runner, mountain biker and hiker who is passionate about Central Oregon and all it has to offer. Lynnanne is also an active community advocate and volunteer for Central Oregon causes.

In 2018, Lynnanne’s passion and eye for design sparked the launch of a second business, Likens Design. A full-service interior design group with a focus on flow, function and aesthetics, she brings her clients’ visions to life from start to finish, with a keen understanding of project scope, timeline and budget.
