Cotto’s pop-up menu highlights classic Italian favorites with a modern twist, from golden, crispy arancini to fresh, vibrant chopped Italian salad. Each day features a rotating panino layered with premium ingredients and a surprising combination of flavors. Fixa Foods is a local favorite known for their fresh, gourmet pestos made with real, thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Their plant-based, dairy-free flavors are designed to elevate everyday meals, whether used as a spread, sauce, or dip. During the pop-up, Fixa Foods will be offering samples of their signature pestos—featured throughout COTTO’s menu—and available for purchase so you can bring those bold, Italian-inspired flavors home.
