In the form of a small, but mighty, &#8220;tiny home&#8221; the brand-new Discovery Pod is open to the public, staffed by our knowledgeable sales partners from <a href=\"http:\/www.thegarnergroup.com\">Harcourts The Garner Group Real Estate<\/a>. A<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> functional space that holds everything you need to learn about Discovery West, the Pod is located at 1164 NW Skyline Ranch Road. Because this address is so new, Google maps doesn&#8217;t recognize it quite yet, so you may need some good old fashioned instructions to reach it.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From the NorthWest Crossing neighborhood center, head west on N.W. Check out how we tapped into the experts at Oregon home builder, <a href=\"https:\/\/discoverywestbend.com\/2020\/04\/28\/tiny-homes-with-tiny-heirloom\/\">Tiny Heirloom<\/a>, to create a space for us. The end result is a light, bright and beautiful tiny \u2018sales center\u2019 with both indoor and outdoor spaces designed for discovering all the community has to offer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Discovery Pod features an area for meetings, a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">kitchenette, a restroom, plus a large screen monitor to look at plans and listings &#8211; all in a small, simple and charming space. There are little \u201cdiscoveries\u201d throughout the Pod, including activities and books for any kids who might be accompanying their families as they shop for a new Bend, Oregon home. The inviting exterior features<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a custom Cement Elegance fire table and chairs for comfortable outdoor meetings.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Pod was created as a temporary space so that it can move to the neighborhood core when Phase 4 is complete. The homesite on which it sits can then become part of the community.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Currently, the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/discoverywestbend.com\/2019\/10\/02\/discovery-west-builders-guild-announced\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Discovery West Builders Guild<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a team of approved builders for the neighborhood, is hard at work on new home construction in Phase 1. Several of these homes are already under contract.
