Heritage Homes NW was founded in Seattle, WA more than 30 years ago and moved to Bend, OR in 2003. With the belief that every customer deserves the home of their dreams, founder Tim Hasenoehrl works closely with his customers to make their house into a home.

A love for the built environment and all that it stands for shines through each design. Versed in aesthetics ranging from craftsman to traditional, contemporary to midcentury modern, each design is carefully thought out with a specific buyer in mind.

Tim Hasenoehrl, owner and president of Heritage Homes NW is a second-generation Pacific Northwest builder with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Tim moved his family and company from the Seattle area to Bend’s westside, and is proud member of the NorthWest Crossing Builders Guild and DW Builders Guild. Tim’s signature is the finely crafted woodworking that he incorporates in each and every home he builds. He builds both spec homes and homes pre-sold to buyers who want to take part in the build process. His wife Carolyn assists in design selections for the projects and those finishes reflect the highest of quality.
