Tim Stulc has over 40 years of construction experience ranging from commercial, multifamily and residential construction. My focus has always been on client relationships and negotiated design build projects with a team approach to planning, designing and
constructing new projects. My background of working with clients through the design, permitting and planning process has parred well with Ollin Construction's established operations and my acquisition of the company in 2020.

Ollin Construction has over two decades of high end custom home experience. We are fortunate to have established relationships with Architects, Designers, Subcontractors, Vendors and Clients that allow us to build high quality, cost efficient and livable homes. Ollin Construction's focus is on high level coordination, communication and attention to detail to ensure high quality construction and craftsmanship from start to finish on each project. It is extremely rewarding to support clients with navigating the process of building a new home while also assisting them with selections and decisions that result in positive home building experience.

We have the pleasure of living in Northwest Crossing and are proud of our completed projects in Northwest Crossing, Tetherow and the Westside of Bend. Ollin Construction is excited for the opportunity to join the Discovery West Builder's Guild and continue building the Discovery West Community.
