Exciting things are happening in the newest phases of Discovery West! If you’ve been up to the Bend Oregon neighborhood lately, you’ve probably seen equipment preparing the land for development for our next phases. Now, with crews creating curbs, pouring sidewalks and laying down blacktop, it’s easier to see the vision for this exciting part of the community. You can read more about what to expect with many new housing options, which will include townhomes, live-work units, mews, cottages and single-family homesites, and our community gathering area, Discovery Corner, in our latest issue of Polestar.
After all the infrastructure work is complete, we will sell homesites to our team of approved builders, the Discovery West Builders Guild, (check out our new video on the home building and buying process) and then construction on the new housing options is planned to begin in fall of 2022. Discovery Corner is slated to be complete sometime in early 2024.
