Discovery West has created a self-guided audio tour to provide artists’ insights into the neighborhood’s extensive collection of art installations. On the Discovery West website, each stop of the audio tour features audio commentary, photos and directions to help one discover the locations in person.
At each installation, a kiosk with additional information can be found. At the new Discovery Park Labyrinth, for example, the kiosk features the name of the piece, the artist and a QR code that visitors can scan with their phone to access the audio tour to learn more. The labyrinth kiosk also features a description in Braille, and a finger labyrinth, both of which assist those who have sight impairment to better experience the installation.

In total, there are nine art installations included in the audio tour, which we hope will make for some fun art outings this summer.
