We are pleased to announce that phase one of Discovery West is now complete, and homes will soon be under construction. Phase One includes 39 homesites that were sold to our Builders Guild, and many of these homesites will be buzzing with new home construction over the summer.
Taylor NW is now hard at work on Phase Two of the Bend, Oregon neighborhood. They are in the process of clearing the land, cutting roads into the subgrade and installing storm water facilities. This phase is scheduled for completion in the fall, and we’re excited to see our community vision continue to grow.
The bridge, and our main entry into the neighborhood, which extends Skyline Ranch Road into Discovery West at NW Crossing Drive will soon be adorned with custom artwork and lampposts. Vehicular access will be available by July.
