Progress continues on Phase One of Discovery West, with the neighborhood beginning to take shape. The crew from Taylor NW is grading and paving our roadways, and the concrete construction on our 70′ long bridge is slated to be wrapped up this week. This bridge extends Skyline Ranch Road into the neighborhood and will be a main entry point for residents and visitors. By the end of April, we plan to fully complete paving and the remaining concrete work for this exciting first phase of Discovery West, and all the Phase One foundational work will be complete around mid-May.
