Firewise USA is a voluntary program developed by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) that provides a framework to help neighbors get organized and take action to increase the ignition resistance of their homes and communities.
Discovery West is now part of a nationwide network of neighborhoods actively working to decrease wildfire risks. The neighborhood’s commitment to this program is not only a reflection of the desire for the utmost safety and well-being of your home and neighbors but also a source of inspiration for others to follow suit.
