The Discovery West development team envisions a neighborhood with attractive tree-lined streets, architectural diversity, and quality craftsmanship. In an effort to garner that diversity and quality, the team has formed a Discovery West Builders Guild, based on the success of a similar concept in NorthWest Crossing. The team sought quality builder partners who could help fulfill the vision for a vibrant, livable community. After a thorough review and assessment of nearly 40 applications, 19 Guild members builders were selected to become the Guild. These members will participate in lotteries for each phase of development and have the first opportunity to purchase homesites and build either spec or custom homes. Homes will be listed with the builders’ broker partners. We anticipate the first phase of homes to be under construction by summer 2020.
