Things are moving along quickly in the Bend, Oregon neighborhood of Discovery West. A beautiful autumn in Central Oregon means it is perfect “building” weather, and homes in Phase One of the community are underway. In fact, nearly every homesite in this phase have homes on them, in varying stages of completion.
In Bend, it is estimated that there are only three weeks of home inventory, some of the lowest numbers that industry veterans have ever seen in the region.
