This past week the Discovery West development team was pleased to host its first lottery to kick off lot sales. Discovery West Builders Guild members participated in the Phase 1 lottery, our process for selling lots to our Builders Guild members, claiming all 34 available homesites. Each builder selected at least one lot in the phase. While construction of the infrastructure of Phase 1 won’t be available until spring 2020, builders have the opportunity to work on design plans and the architectural review process over the winter. Home buyers can expect to see homes under construction and listed for sale early next summer. We are excited to work with our builder team to offer beautiful homes for families to start moving into next year.
