Strada represents the first selection of homesites Discovery West is making available directly to the public, and the response has been enthusiastic!
The lots in Strada are some of the largest in the neighborhood, and with such a limited number available, buying a Strada lot represents a unique opportunity to build a spacious custom home with ample space between neighbors.
Four homes are underway in Strada now, leaving just 10 homesites to be purchased. This new opportunity has been well received by those seeking to build a custom home. Until Strada was developed, Discovery West only sold homesites directly to builders in our Builders Guild. But now home buyers can select a homesite in Strada and design and build a custom home of their dreams. Those who choose to do so with one of our guild builders are eligible for special incentives.
The Strada homesites are spacious, ranging from ¼ to ⅓ acre in size. They are set in a serene, natural setting along a private drive, many with views of the Cascade mountain range and they all overlook Discovery Park, its imminent art corridor. Buyers love the connection from these lots to trails in the neighborhood to the Phil’s Trail Area, Shevlin Park and other local jewels.
