With such a fast pace at Discovery West, we know it might be hard to keep up with all the current and future happenings in the neighborhood. We round up some of the high points for you below.
Homes in phase one have real, live neighbors in residence! If you haven’t read through our conversation with the neighborhood’s “first family” yet, check it out here. Phase two isn’t far behind as houses begin to take shape and walls are going up among the trees. Looking ahead, all the infrastructure work is complete on phase three – and our Discovery West Guild Builders spoke for all 21 available lots in the builder lottery held last month. We are also in the beginning stages of planning for phase four. This is a very exciting part of the community that will have single-family homes, townhomes, live-work townhomes, cottages and a new type of homes called Mews. Mews are attached cottages that face a common green space.
