Things continue to move quickly in Discovery West, even as the winter begins to take Central Oregon in its frigid grip. Our first phase homes are in varying stages of construction, with the very first family expected to move into their new home in just a few weeks. Our Discovery West Builders Guild members already selected their homesites during our lottery this fall, and all closings for these lots are expected to occur prior to the end of the year.
